Service Description

Shanti Deep is the same gentle craniosacral work as Shanti, with an extra half hour: more time to give yourself soothing space. When you are settled in peace, it becomes easier to let go of what you have been holding, and there is no need to rush. As always, I only provide the space of safety, and your body leads the way.
